sometimes, making compromises is necessary. but it makes you sad in the process while the other happy. is it worth the compromise?

what does it mean when someone doesn't rmb things about you when they're supposed to?
do you feel somewhat sad or disappointed?
how do you feel when you have to sacrifice something important just to make way for someone's interest?
do you feel the sacrifice worth it?
sometimes do you feel that someone should do something for you and not you doing it all the time?
would you feel tired over time?
