i am super in need of change in my blog template and layout. HELP!!!!!!!
think its time for a change! change is good. I've been dealing with my Organisational Development and Change Management (ODC) essay for quite some time, that my brain has been bombarded with CHANGE

well, besides school work, i literally have no life. I think i've emphasized that quite a fair bit but its the truth, at least for now... I've got a major report/essay/presentation to submit every single week! Once you're done with one, you move on to start on another, its a vicious cycle! but looking on the bright side of life, come April, it'll all be done and term break's beaming on me!

Till then! back to my ODC now.
